Low: 6 650 zł. gross

Mid: 9 500 zł. gross

Max: 12 350 zł.gross

What you’ll do

- You’ll be supporting the Global Corporate Functions to create transparency in cost reporting

- You’ll ensure departmental KPI’s are reached, manage risks and operational continuity on daily basis

- You’ll proactively manage the (purchase) order flow, including the creation of Purchase orders and validation of correct use of financial master data (e.g. General Ledger and Cost Center)

- You’ll maintain Global Master Data for cost management on Service/Project level, acting as a gatekeeper for quality control within the order management process, and support Managers with questions

- You’ll support and guide stakeholders to solve any financial related issues or queries

- You’ll create the process performance reporting and autonomously initiate and drive continuous improvements within a complex organization

What you’ll need

- You have a Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Procurement or any other relevant educational background

- Familiarity with procurement processes and tooling

- You have at least 2-3 years of work experience preferably in a similar role

- You are fluent in English, verbal and oral

- You have affinity with tooling, reporting and systems, like;

o SAP

o ServiceNow

o Office suite

- An International mindset, as you will be working with colleagues across the globe

- Team player mentality

- Proper understanding of LEAN and Agile principles
