TASKS DESCRIPTION

Through internal training combined with your technical insight, you will quickly master the bending process.

• Grow into a professional bender, delivering perfectly bent profiles using computer-controlled bending machines.

• Continuously learn new techniques and develop into a “Bending Specialist.”

• As a specialist, assess new projects in advance, estimate production methods and timelines, and advise the commercial team.

· Ability or willingness to learn and use rolling bridge and the forklift.

REQUIREMENTS

Education - You have a diploma in mechanical forming techniques or equivalent experience.

Work experience - Either you are a professional metal Bender/Bending machine Operator – either you have experience in the metal industry combined with general machine operating experience.

Language - A good level of English is needed for this job

CONDITIONS

Regular hours per week 38 hours per week

Paycheck - Weekly

Gross salary €17.50/h - 19€/h depending on experience.

Estimated netto weekly salary +- 500€ to +- 530€

Mealvouchers €6.55/worked day (of which €1.09 tax)

Shift hours Monday to Thursday 7:30 – 16:30. Friday 7:30 – 11:30.

Extra CAO90 bonus, it’s an extra bonus based on an yearly result, depending on the target being reached or not.

Overtime Sometimes

How is overtime paid? 150% (the overtime is paid almost free of taxes for the first 180h per year)

Driver’s licence and car required? Nice to have, otherwise willingness to ride a bike.

Rent of housing €102/week (double room) €154/week (single room)

Medical insurance 10€/month (invoice is sent for the months remaining in the year of start-up)

· For the bending position, if the person has been working in the metal industry and has machine operating experience - the salary would be 17.50€ - however, an already established and skilled metal Bender will be paid 19€. ·

· Stages of working:

1. Company receives the raw product: aluminum profiles.

2. These go first to the Bender.

3. Afterwards they go to the Welder.

4. At the end they’re received by the Grinder.

The Welders use the technical plans and make the construction that the client wants – they have to get together all the raw products, think outside of the box, see how they can do it best – only when they know themselves how they have to put it together, the welding starts: it’s 20% of their work, for the rest it’s preparing, scaling, checking plans, thinking ahead, needing to be creative but also a handy person. They have to make themselves clear and also understand instructions.

The Grinder, once the construction is together, they give it the final touch, it’s on them to check if there are flaws or mistakes, they must also read the plans and be a big multitasker because they also do administration, pack, put stickers, check numbers and multiple other tasks.
