As a Panel Beater in our Vehicle Preparation Center (VPC), you are responsible for performing high-quality bodywork repairs on new passenger vehicles before they are delivered to car dealers across the Benelux. The VPC is a specialized department where every vehicle receives its final touch. In addition to preparing new vehicles, the VPC is also responsible for repairing any damages that may have occurred throughout the logistics chain.

Your responsibilities include the following:

· Safety and quality are always top-of-mind.

· Performing bodywork repairs on damaged vehicles.

· Straightening, shaping, leveling, and adjusting various body panels and components.

· Working according to instructions and priorities provided by your coordinator.

· Delivering clean, precise, and accurate work while maintaining the required pace.

· Working independently and planning your tasks efficiently.

· Cooperating closely with colleagues and supporting the team where needed.

· Remaining calm under pressure and maintaining a positive outlook.

· Applying your passion for cars in every task you perform.

REQUIREMENTS

Education - You have an technical education or equivalent by experience

Work experience - You have at least five years of experience as a panel beater

Language - Communicative English

Others

· Candidates need to pass a safety check – they cannot have anything on their criminal record.

· Stress-resistant self-starter with a hands-on mentality.

· Team player with technical insight and a passion for large machinery and outdoor work.

CONDITIONS

Regular hours per week - 38 hours per week

Paycheck - Weekly

Gross salary €20-€24.50/h

Estimated weekly net salary - €565-€645/week
