TASKS DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join our team to maintain and service the refrigeration systems of our truck fleet. Our tanks are used for transporting liquid and chemical substances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks using MIG and TIG welding techniques. The role requires a keen eye for detail, precision, and a strong commitment to safety standards.
Your responsibilities include the following:
· Performing MIG and TIG welding operations on the truck fleet.
· Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications to determine job requirements.
· Setting up welding equipment and selecting appropriate welding techniques based on materials and specifications.
· Preparing and cleaning metal surfaces before and after welding.
· Inspecting welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
· Repairing, modifying, or fabricating metal parts and structures as required.
· Maintaining and cleaning welding equipment, tools, and work area.
· Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required specifications.
· Adhering to company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
· Once your welding tasks are done, performing regular maintenance and repairs on the electrical truck refrigeration systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Education - You have a technical education
Work experience - You have an extensive experience in MIG/TIG
Language - Communicative English, a combination with Polish would be a plus
Others
· A MIG/TIG certification would be a plus.
· You are willing to work in a team.

· You have a strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
· You have a knowledge of various metals and their properties as related to welding.

· You have a basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a welding environment.
CONDITIONS
Regular hours per week - 38h/week
Paycheck Weekly
Gross salary €19.57/h-€20.52/h (depending on experience)
Estimated net salary +-€500/week-€520/week

· 1-80 days: €5/worked day (of which €1.09 taxes)
· <1 year: €6/worked day (of which €1.09 taxes)
· >1 year: €7/worked day (of which €1.09 taxes)
· >3 years: €8/worked day (of which €1.09 taxes)

Shift hours 7:30-15:30
Shift allowance - Overtime Sometimes
