Job Title - CNC Setter: Milling or Turning

Location near Olomouc 

Candidate Requirements:

Experience with CNC lathes and their setup (Yasda, FANUC control system).

Ability to read technical and design documentation.

Knowledge of part measurement methods and work with precision measuring tools.

Work Process and Shift Work

Setup, maintenance, and basic maintenance of CNC lathes (4- and 5-axis machines) used to manufacture mechanical parts for optical devices.

Machine preparation for production: tool replacement, offset adjustment, zero point setting, checking the clamping of parts and fixtures.

Launching and optimization of production programs according to drawings and technological processes.

Ongoing quality control of production using measuring tools (gauges, micrometers, calipers; experience with 3D measurements is an advantage).

Adjusting tools and cutting conditions to achieve the required accuracy and surface quality.

Responsible for basic machine maintenance, including coolant replacement, cleaning, and troubleshooting.

Maintaining production documentation in the ERP system.

3-shift work schedule: 6-14/14-22/22-6
