TASKS DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Silo Loader/Unloader. This role involves a combination of silo management and forklift operations, requiring a candidate who is experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a petrochemical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Silo Operations:

o Operate and control silo systems for bulk product storage.

o Open and close silo valves, ensuring correct flow and load control.

o Monitor and calculate product flow rates during loading and unloading, ensuring accurate weights and volumes are achieved.

o Make sure each product is loaded in the correct quantity and density, as different plastics may vary in their volume requirements.

o Safeguard against spills, ensuring that bulk trucks are clean and free of contaminants before loading.

o Perform visual and physical checks to ensure no overloading or underloading of trucks.

· Forklift Operations:

o Operate a forklift to move product and materials safely across the site.

o Ensure safe and efficient handling of materials while adhering to safety guidelines and operational procedures.

o Manage loading platforms and materials in a confined, high-risk environment.

· Safety Compliance:

o Follow ExxonMobil's safety protocols, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, hard hats, and other safety gear at all times.

o Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations in a petrochemical environment.

· Work Environment:

o The role involves working at heights, including on platforms above trucks. Candidates must be comfortable with working at height.

o Work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, often under pressure to meet time-sensitive loading schedules.

REQUIREMENTS

Education You have a secondary education.

Work experience Proven experience in driving a forklift and preferably, silo operations, that would be a plus.

Language Communicative English (speaking, writing, reading)

Skills Forklift operation experience required. Certification is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to perform calculations for product flow rates and loading accuracy. Comfort with working at height, above trucks and in elevated platforms.

Regular hours per week 38h /week

Paycheck Weekly

Gross salary €17,25

Estimated net salary - Early shift + - € 515 Late shift: + - €525

Mealvouchers €7,75/worked day (of which €1.09 taxes)

Shift hours Early shift: 6:00-14:00 Late shift: 14:00-22:00

Shift allowance 5% for the early shift 15% for the late shift
