Reach-truck driver at cold warehouse in Evergem, Belgium
TASKS DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a reachtruck driver to work mainly in freezer warehouses (-18) and some refrigerated warehouses (0-12°).
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a reachtruck to load, move, and store pallets.
- Working efficiently in a frozen environment (-18°C).
- Following safety protocols and cold chain procedures.
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
- Reporting any faults or issues with equipment.
PROFILE
Requirements
- Valid reachtruck certificate (must).
- Proven experience in warehouse logistics or cold storage (preferred).
- Physically fit and comfortable working in freezing temperatures.
- Good command of English
- Ability to work in shifts.
CONDITIONS

| Working hours | Alternating shifts, early/late: 06-14 and 14- 22 o’clock. |
| Shift allowance | 10% premium for working in cold
0.63 for early shift and 0.71€ premium for late shift |
| Overtime | Possible during weekends |
| How is overtime paid? | 150% |
