Technician (electromechanics) at cold warehouse in Dendermonde, Belgium

We are looking for technicians/ electromechanics to work mainly in cold warehouses (+8 degrees) and rarely enter in the freezers, at -18 degrees.

Key Responsibilities

· Repair of the machines

· 90% electric work, 10% mechanic work, a little pneumatics

· Admin work

PROFILE

As an Electro mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment, ensuring their optimal performance. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and skilled in machinery repair and maintenance.

Your responsibilities include the following:

· Performing timely repairs on machinery and equipment to address electrical and mechanical malfunctions and urgent breakdowns.

· Conducting scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent potential issues, ensuring the equipment operates efficiently and reliably.

· Accurately logging all malfunctions and repairs to ensure proper traceability and support future maintenance planning.

· Supporting the installation of new machines and equipment, ensuring they are set up properly and ready for use.

· Setting priorities effectively, maintaining a calm and clear overview under pressure, and developing creative solutions spontaneously when faced with challenges.

CONDITIONS

Regular hours per week - 38h/week

Paycheck Weekly

Gross salary € 19.50/hour up to € 27/hour

Estimated net salary

(everything included) €550–€765 net/week

Mealvouchers €8/worked day (of which €1.09 tax)

Working hours Mostly early/late shift system, random shift assignment, rarely night

Shift allowance 7.5% for early/late and 2 euros in the night and 2€/h for the night shift

Overtime - Possible

How is overtime paid? 150%

Added bonuses: No sickness bonus – 100 euros Brutto
