TASKS DESCRIPTION

As a bartender, you are responsible for preparing and serving drinks, welcoming guests, and creating an unforgettable experience. You ensure a clean workspace, keep track of inventory, and guarantee smooth order handling. Experience is a plus, but passion for hospitality and a positive attitude are what matter most. Your Responsibilities

· Communication and collaboration between the floor staff, bar, and kitchen.

· Preparing the mise en place for service.

· Preparing orders ranging from aperitifs to digestifs (mocktails, cocktails, coffee specialties, wines, etc.).

· Maintaining a clean and organized bar with attention to detail.

· Welcoming guests in a friendly and service-oriented manner and entertaining guests at the bar.

· Restocking bar inventory and supplies where necessary.

· Working together with the floor team to ensure smooth service.

· Compliance with HACCP standards.

What Do We Expect from You?

· Knowledge of spirits, mocktails, cocktails, and an affinity for wines is a plus.

· Guest-oriented, friendly, and stress-resistant, even during busy moments.

· Well-groomed and professional appearance.

· Team player with a hands-on mentality.

· Basic knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

Work experience - A few years as a bartender in a restaurant is required

Language - Good communicative English

CONDITIONS

Regular hours per week hours - 38

Paycheck weekly

Gross salary -15.30€ per hour

Estimated weekly net salary +- 480€ net a week ( no housing cost deducted yet!)

Mealvouchers - no

Extra - no

Shift hours - On weekdays during day time, in case of events there can be a late start and evening shift ( weekends can be asked to work extra when there are events)

Shift allowance - Extra allowances for working on Sundays but this is exceptionally

How is overtime paid? 2€/hour extra for working on Sundays

HOUSING & TRANSPORTATION

Driver’s licence and car required? Driving license is required

Rent of housing per week - 130€ for a shared room, 160€ for a single room
