Occupational Therapist, Ireland

Minimum Experience: 3+ years. Candidates must have 1 year of experience conducting Autism assessments (e.g.,ADOS) and delivering interventions, along with 3 years of experience completing Assessment of Need (AON) evaluations in line with Irish legislation. They should have
clinical exposure across a range of disability levels (mild to profound) and be familiar with evidence-based OT practices in Ireland. All documentation must be in English or certified translation, and the candidate must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
with clients and professionals. Familiarity with the Disability Act, referral protocols, and working in multi disciplinary teams is essential. Candidates should be comfortable providing feedback to families and professionals, submitting reports via MS Teams within 7 days, and participating in training and performance review processes while adhering to report quality expectations.
