Process engineer
Working place
Global electronic manufacturer based in Midwest-Hungary (small town) one hour drive to Budapest. Main portfolio: high-quality sensing, identification and optical image processing solutions, network technology and software in all areas of automation.
Responsibilities
- Supervision and optimization of production processes (mainly manual assembly)
- Continuous increase of the efficiency of the production process, reduction of the scrap rate
- Convening and coordinating a team dedicated to solving manufacturing problems
- If necessary, suggest changes to the product for development
- Supporting the introduction of new products and technological developments
- Supporting the procurement of technical raw materials, tools and equipment for production
- Liaison with external and internal partners and partner departments
- Preparation of documentation, production instructions, technical specifications
Qualifications required
Advanced degree in mechanical, electrical or mechatronic engineering

- Experience in a similar job
- Lean knowledge
- SAP knowledge
Expectations of the candidate
- Min. Conversational level English language skills
- Good problem solving and organizing skills
- Independent work
Salary ranges:
- 0-1 years experience: gross. 500-550.000 HUF/ month (1400-1550 euro) + accommodation support (single flat paid by the employer) + administration support (work permit, etc.) + travelling support
- 1-5 years experience.: gross. 600-900.000 HUF / month (1700-2550 euro) + accommodation support (single flat paid by the employer) + administration support (work permit, etc.) + travelling support

Company benefits (meals, transport, insuarance, health club, etc)
- additional gross. 550.000 HUF/year (1540 euro) plus benefit (called "cafeteria", this is a specific card, can spend for meals, food etc.), and there is a bonus system connected to KPIs: 1,5*monthly gross salary/year
Vacation policy
- according to the Hungarian law, basic is 20/year, average 28-30/year - it depends on age and number of children
