Salary:

Low: 6 650 zł. gross

Mid: 9 500 zł. gross

Max: 12 350 zł.gross

As part of the IT Squad Order to Cash Distribution, a Technical Engineer in O2C Distribution Domain will implement regional Logistics solutions and will support technical changes and supports the current WMS solution. The Distribution Squad prime focus is Order 2 Cash Commercial Supply Chain flows to our customers. The Supply Chain domain is highly integrated with other supply chain systems like SAP and Optilo. Knowledge in these areas is a preference.

IT squad distribution supports several WMS systems Supply Chains. Next to the implementation of changes, projects are executed delivering the needed innovation for the company Business. The Order to Cash Distribution squad also support Day to Day Operations across the globe solving incidents in our Operational Systems.

As enabling function IT supports with process and system improvements to make IT more cost effective.

Together we can…

• Contribute Technical knowledge and skills to the squad allowing the squad to turn user stories into working systems to optimize business experience.

• As member of the squad, be responsible for the overall functionality, quality, performance, security of the Products in scope of the Squad.

• Translate business requirements, in form of user stories, into IT solutions to optimize business experience.

• Analyze problems and makes sure that the problems are solved within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the user.

• Acts on alerts from central monitoring systems and applications on events, performance and stability to avoid issues.

•Activity search for structural solutions on reoccurring or highly impacting issues using ITSM processes like corrective changes and problem management.

• Release and patch management on running systems and applications.

•Manage incidents (support user, fix) and request fulfilment according to agreed service levels.

• Proactively share knowledge and experiences in Guilds, with colleagues from own and other squad with a similar technical and / or functional focus.

•Collaborate with Product Owner and other agile team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements in sprints.

•Live the Lean, Scrum values.

• Be the trusted advisor for Product Owner and other business stakeholders for the Product area

•Develop and provide required user training for the implemented application

• Daily collaborate/align at functional level with involved suppliers in his/her domain.

• Participate in the LEAN Program

You are/have…

• Open minded, curious and innovative and aligned with our company values and aims and you bring the following experiences and competencies:

•Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in IT, Logistics, Mathematics

• Experience in the technical application management on distribution or production systems

• Business Process Expertise in the Supply Chain Domain

• Analytical skills

• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.

• Fluent written and verbal English skills

• Good at communication and presentation skills.

• Open for project related travel

• A team player

• Knowledge and experience in installing and supporting Oracle Fusion middleware

• Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows OS.

• Experienced in scripting on OS level using #C, .NET, VB

• Preferable knowledge about IBM Websphere big plus environments on technical level

• Preferable knowledge about MarcCS WMS system on technical level

• Your need to interact with IT and business stakeholders globally.

•The Company has a different Market Groups and Divisions and Operates with different business models. You need to deal with a multitude of variants and complexities in our WMS system

•You are required to also have knowledge on integration aspects outside your domain. E.g. with Manufacturing, Finance, Reporting, Planning. And understand the integration models used.

•You need to interact with Business Process Owner, Business Process Experts, Product Owners, Key Users and Business management on your projects and changes
