We are willing to hire in one of the following specialties: preparers, assembly- disassembly technicians, panel beaters. For this reason we would like a clear overview of your work experience to determine which position would work best. Ideally, a candidate can work in every position.

Preparers will fill up all the holes in a car body, and prepare the surface by properly sanding it. The car is then taped and prepared to go to spray painting.

Assembly-disassembly technicians will take off all the parts of the car. They have knowledge of all the systems and parts and how they are connected to each other. They make lists of parts to order and they know exactly in which order parts have to be removed.

Panel beaters fill and weld all the holes in the bodywork. They will remove dents with a variety of techniques, among which welding. This is the most searched for profile, and will be a priority.

Our ideal profile can fulfil all the following responsibilities:

· You repair all kinds of panel damage to cars or car parts using a variety of welding techniques, dent removal/shrinking with auxiliary tools or manually, so that no imperfections are visible after painting.

· Where necessary, you make repaired surfaces leak- and draft-free, both internally and externally, by applying protection.

· You keep your tools in good condition.

· You help to maintain order and tidiness in the workshop.

· You enjoy discovering how you can grow as a spot welder in the world of electric cars.

· Clean the vehicle to return it to the customer, tidy up and maintain the workspace (workshop, warehouse, etc.).

· Remove, assemble, and adjust removable body parts, equipment, fasteners, and trim.

· Check the geometry of the chassis, self-supporting body, or undercarriage and correct or replace any deformed body parts.

· Determine the work to be done based on a repair order or instructions from experts or customers.

· Record the follow-up data of interventions and pass on the information to the relevant department.

· Plan the work according to customer needs or orders.

· Pack and sort recovered fluids.

REQUIREMENTS

Education - You have a secondary education in car bodywork or equivalent by experience

Work experience  - You have several years of experience with (major) panel damage; you also have experience working on hybrid and/or electric vehicles

Language - Communicative French or English

Others

· You have a B driver’s license.

· You are willing to be flexible in your tasks.

· You are able to work independently but also function well in a team.

· If you have an HEV2 certificate, this is definitely an added value for working with us.
